Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Print on demand items including art prints, canvas prints, and apparel are produced specifically for each order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Handmade shamanic tools are typically ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. International orders may take 10 to 21 business days.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the product and destination.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Multiple Items
If you order both a print on demand item and a handmade tool in the same order, they may arrive in separate shipments from different fulfillment locations.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at kat@katherinebird.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
