Refund Policy

All sales at Invoke Healing Arts are final. Because every print is produced on demand specifically for you, and every handmade tool is one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kat@katherinebird.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation please contact us immediately at kat@katherinebird.com.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window please reach out and we will investigate with the fulfillment provider.

Custom Commissions
Custom commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit. Terms for each commission are agreed upon before work begins. Final payment due at shipping.
